Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
• COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.

⚠️ Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
